As owners of Villa Perla, we often talk about how important the small details are to create added value for our guests.

A beautiful place matters, of course — but what guests really remember are the moments that make them feel at ease. One of those moments for us has been hosting Eleven30’s brunch service, created by Delphine, here at the villa in Costigliole d’Asti.

How we discovered Eleven30?

We go way back and maybe sometime we will have the opportunity to share some brilliant stories over a good glass of Barbera ;-)…

Delphine’s idea was simple:

Offer guests a way to enjoy a relaxed brunch or lunch without having to leave their holiday home. No restaurant setting, no fixed menus — just good food prepared on site, adapted to the group and the day or the season.

It immediately felt like a natural fit for Villa Perla and our friendship found also a more professional connection…

When Delphine comes to prepare brunch, the day starts in the best possible way. You relax while the table fills slowly. The conversations start easily and before you know it everyone settles into the kind of morning you don’t want to rush and just want to enjoy in the moment.

The food is thoughtful and well balanced — fresh bread, fruit, simple and healthy dishes that feel generous without being heavy. Nothing feels staged or forced. It’s the kind of meal that fits perfectly with a stay at the villa: relaxed, welcoming and unpretentious without too much “fluff”.

At lot of these moments in different holiday houses in the area are shared on Eleven30’s Instagram. You will often see the same tables, the same light and incredible views, the same feeling we see when guests sit back after eating and realize they don’t need to be anywhere else for a while.

What we appreciate most about Delphine is her way of working. She is very organized and genuinely interested in the people she cooks for. She doesn’t just deliver food — she brings a sense of ease and relaxation into the space.

For us as hosts, that makes a real difference. Knowing that our guests are in good hands allows us to relax, even from a distance, too and that’s exactly the atmosphere we want Villa Perla to have.
