Villa Perla is part of a Piemontese farmhouse dating from the year 1900 which is converted to a luxurious holiday home.
We completed the renovation works in 2022, and are looking forward to welcoming you in the holiday house for stays as from 1st May 2023!
The holiday house consists of 4 airconditioned bedrooms, of which 2 are large family rooms, and 3 bathrooms.
The location nearby Asti and the house itself is perfect for your holiday together with friends or family in the Langhe-Monferrato area.
Spacious with a private pool and equipped with all necessary comfort including high speed internet.
The kitchen has everything a self-catered holiday house should have to facilitate your cooking and meal preparation. A perfect combination together with the selection of fine wines from our direct neighbours.
The villa is suitable for a maximum of 8 adults and 4 children and we do not rent out seperate rooms during the high season.
We have 4 bedrooms, of which 2 normal rooms and 2 family rooms, and they all have airconditioning.
All the double beds are king size (180x200cm) and have pocket spring matrassess with a soft topper for your comfort.
We have 3 seperate bathrooms of which 1 ensuite and one additional seperate toilet (groundfloor).
All bathrooms have a toilet, double lavabo and a shower and the large bathroom on the first floor also has a bathtub.
The kitchen is fully equipped for your convenience and comfort.
A marble countertop and a practical layout make sure that you will feel at home.
New induction stoves, a large fridge with ice machine, double sink, wide microwave, coffee machine, …
We have nice tableware, enough glasses and cooking material available for our chef(s) of the week ;-).
The living room and the dining room are on the ground floor right next to the poolside area.
We have a large dining table with comfortable chairs and and the kitchen is closeby.
The living area is suitable for children and you will find a library, some boardgames and toys for little ones as well.
Villa Perla’s private garden is surrounded by the vineyards and a new pool with a platform on which children can play while you enjoy the holiday.
From this poolside area you can see the nearby villages Calosso, Piana del Salto, Moasca, Castelnuovo Calcea, Agliano Terme, … as well. We have a large terrace in front of the house and a covered terrace with a fridge, sink and bbq area.
The other part of the house is the private house. We live in Pisa at the moment so we will not be around in our house during your holiday and you will have full privacy.
