A trip to iDivini Winery in Isola d'Asti

iDivini Winery | Isola d'Asti

You can find iDivini, a traditional but also innovative winery, after a short drive of 15 min from Villa Perla towards Isola d’Asti.

This location is in the middle of the historic Monferrato vineyards, where the slopes of Val Tiglione and Valle Tanaro meet.

Here at iDivini, you will find our fellow Belgians Anna and Koen. They aim to find the perfect balance between tradition and innovation and are developing the winery with a lively and international entrepreneurial spirit. They learned a lot from the local winemakers and are proud to be a part of the bigger picture of creating refined, elegant, and regional products.

They love to create local wines with respect for tradition and culture combined with modern techniques and innovation.

Never too old to learn is also their motto!

They look at the winemaking process from a foreign perspective and actively study alternative possibilities of vinifying autochthonous grapes, such as Barbera, Freisa, Cortese, and Nebbiolo. Sometimes in combination with more known grapes such as Pinot Nero or Sauvignon Blanc.

When you ask us what goal we have with iDivini, the answer is quite simple: "Make a good wine".

With iDivini they are also proud members of the “Consorzio Barbera d’Asti and Monferrato wines”, the consortium for the promotion of the typical Barbera d’Asti and Freisa d’Asti wines. According to Anna and Koen it is vital to keep learning and networking when you want to build your business.

We highly recommend to pay a visit to the winery and combine it with a walk though the local vineyards and unesco scenery.

Anna & Koen speak English, Dutch, French & Italian and are looking forward to share their passion.
