En imponerende udsigt over de omkringliggende vinmarker, en pool, et rummeligt og komfortabelt feriehus, et spændende og alligevel roligt område, som foodies og vinelskere er imponerede over. Læg dertil vores beliggenhed tæt på byer som Asti, Alba, Torino og Milano, og du har den perfekte feriepakke til hele gruppen af venner eller familie.

Vores feriehus Villa Perla har meget at byde på med sine 4 moderne soveværelser, fuldt udstyrede køkken og poolområde med en utrolig panoramaudsigt over UNESCO’s verdensarvsområde. T et er et feriehus, hvor du kan nyde din tid i fuldkommen ro og også dyrke dine yndlingshobbyer som cykling, golf, vandring, … og selvfølgelig … vinsmagning ;-). Huset er indrettet til en gruppe på 8 voksne, 4 børn og 2 babyer.

Villa Perla er et gammelt bondehus, der blev købt i 2021 af belgiere under COVID og renoveret i 2022-2023.

Beliggenheden har også store fordele: Den ligger tæt på Alperne, de italienske søer og Middelhavet. Hvis du bor omkring Villa Perla i Costigliole d’Asti, kan du også nemt besøge byer som Asti, Canelli, Calosso, Neive, … alt sammen inden for 5 til 20 minutter. Ud over disse UNESCO-landsbyer er der masser af aktiviteter og andre interessante steder at udforske.

What an amazing place and what a breathtaking view. I find the reality more beautiful than the photos displayed. The host is super friendly, just like the owner. They are easily reachable and friendly. We had a drain that wasn't draining, but even on a Sunday this was fixed; truly hats off to them. Everything has been thought of, even for the small children; highly recommended.

Our stay at Villa Perla was simply wonderful. There were six of us, including our baby, and we felt completely at ease. The rooms are very spacious, the kitchen is superbly equipped, and the view was simply breathtaking. Everything was spotlessly clean, and when we had a minor issue with the bathroom drain, the staff helped us immediately, courteously, and without any fuss. We thoroughly enjoyed our time, would love to return, and can wholeheartedly recommend this accommodation.

We enjoyed an amazing week at Villa Perla, situated in the heart of Piemonte's most beautiful winery region. With its breathtaking views of the vineyards, Villa Perla is a well-equipped and spacious home offering all modern amenities. The owners have thoughtfully provided every comfort to ensure a perfect stay. This villa served as our ideal hideaway for a relaxing holiday. We loved spending time around the villa, enjoying the pool, garden, and stunning views, while also embarking on several day trips. Our kids especially adored the pool area. During our excursions, we explored picturesque winery villages, walking trails, and visited Torino and the Ligurian coast. There's so much more to see, and we definitely plan to return. We highly recommend booking a private cooking session with a typical Piemonte menu. Our cook was incredibly friendly and highly skilled, providing a fine dining experience right at Villa Perla.

We spent New Year's Eve with friends at Villa Perla, how fantastic it was! The holiday home was very spacious and well equipped and who wouldn't want to wake up with this view! Close to many charming villages to visit. Worth it, we will definitely come back!

Beautiful house, clean , comfortable rooms/beds. Perfect quiet neighbourhood in the middle of the wine region. Ideal to spend your holidays with the family. Cosy restaurants and picturesque villages nearby.

Nestled amidst the picturesque rolling hills of Piedmonte, this vacation home is a slice of paradise. The first thing that struck me was the impeccable attention to detail in every corner of the house. It exudes an inviting warmth and charm that made us feel right at home. The decor is a perfect blend of modern comfort and rustic Italian elegance, creating a cozy and luxurious atmosphere that we adored. The panoramic views from the property are nothing short of breathtaking. The accommodations were comfortable and well-appointed. The bedrooms were spacious, and the beds were incredibly cozy, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The kitchen was a joy to cook in, fully equipped with all the tools we needed to prepare our meals with fresh, local ingredients. And special mention must go to the WiFi network which thanks to a Starlink connection allows for speeds unparalleled in the region. One of the highlights of our stay was the outdoor space. The garden and pool area are beautifully landscaped, and we spent countless hours lounging by the pool, savoring the tranquility and the sounds of nature. Dining al fresco under the covered terrace was a regular occurrence, and it provided the perfect setting for romantic dinners and family gatherings.
