La nostra casa vacanze Villa Perla ha molto da offrire con le sue 4 moderne camere da letto e l’area a bordo piscina con un’incredibile vista panoramica sul mare. Area del patrimonio mondiale dell’UNESCO. TLa sua è una casa vacanze dove potrete godervi il vostro tempo in completa tranquillità e anche praticare i vostri hobby preferiti come il ciclismo, il golf, l’escursionismo, … e naturalmente… degustazione di vini ;-).

Villa Perla è un’antica casa colonica acquistata nel 2021 dai belgi durante il COVID e ristrutturata nel 2022-2023.

Il Piemonte è una delle regioni più belle del Nord Italia, con molti tesori nascosti da scoprire. Paesaggi mozzafiato fuori dai sentieri battuti, una storia ricca, gente cordiale, una cucina deliziosa con prodotti freschi locali tra cui formaggi, tartufi, carni eccellenti e pure…

Anche dal punto di vista della posizione ha grandi vantaggi: È vicina alle Alpi, ai laghi italiani e al Mar Mediterraneo. Se soggiornate nei dintorni di Villa Perla a Costigliole d’Asti potete anche visitare facilmente città come Asti, Canelli, Calosso, Neive, … tutte in un tempo compreso tra 5 e 20 minuti. Oltre a questi villaggi UNESCO, avrete molte attività e altri luoghi interessanti da esplorare.

We enjoyed an amazing week at Villa Perla, situated in the heart of Piemonte's most beautiful winery region. With its breathtaking views of the vineyards, Villa Perla is a well-equipped and spacious home offering all modern amenities. The owners have thoughtfully provided every comfort to ensure a perfect stay.This villa served as our ideal hideaway for a relaxing holiday. We loved spending time around the villa, enjoying the pool, garden, and stunning views, while also embarking on several day trips. Our kids especially adored the pool area. During our excursions, we explored picturesque winery villages, walking trails, and visited Torino and the Ligurian coast. There's so much more to see, and we definitely plan to return.We highly recommend booking a private cooking session with a typical Piemonte menu. Our cook was incredibly friendly and highly skilled, providing a fine dining experience right at Villa Perla.

We spent New Year's Eve with friends at Villa Perla, how fantastic it was! The holiday home was very spacious and well equipped and who wouldn't want to wake up with this view! Close to many charming villages to visit. Worth it, we will definitely come back!

Beautiful house, clean , comfortable rooms/beds. Perfect quiet neighbourhood in the middle of the wine region. Ideal to spend your holidays with the family. Cosy restaurants and picturesque villages nearby.

Nestled amidst the picturesque rolling hills of Piedmonte, this vacation home is a slice of paradise. The first thing that struck me was the impeccable attention to detail in every corner of the house. It exudes an inviting warmth and charm that made us feel right at home. The decor is a perfect blend of modern comfort and rustic Italian elegance, creating a cozy and luxurious atmosphere that we adored.The panoramic views from the property are nothing short of breathtaking.The accommodations were comfortable and well-appointed. The bedrooms were spacious, and the beds were incredibly cozy, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The kitchen was a joy to cook in, fully equipped with all the tools we needed to prepare our meals with fresh, local ingredients. And special mention must go to the WiFi network which thanks to a Starlink connection allows for speeds unparalleled in the region.One of the highlights of our stay was the outdoor space. The garden and pool area are beautifully landscaped, and we spent countless hours lounging by the pool, savoring the tranquility and the sounds of nature. Dining al fresco under the covered terrace was a regular occurrence, and it provided the perfect setting for romantic dinners and family gatherings.
