Hi! We're Benny, Anke, Margaux & Olivier!

After living abroad for a few years we decided to sell our house in Belgium and buy a property in Italy instead... Have a look where we ended up :-).

How it started?

We were hunting for an appartment in the italian Mountains (Cervinia) for quite a while… It was not easy and after a while we decided to broaden our horizon and also look for locations where we could combine winter (our favorite!) and summer holidays. We had a look in the Piemonte where we stayed before we had children and we started investigating :-).

And for us it was the ideal solution… The landscape is incredible, the cities and towns are wonderful, the people in Italy are friendly, the foods is delicious, we can find everything we need in the area,…

And even better: Property prices were within our budget AND we could even start an activity apart from our online business.

Bonus: we can even see the mountains from our own terrace and the coast is a drive of 1,5 away.

Now that we worked everything out to actually buy a propery we like (quite a bouncy ride with a lot of hard left and rights) we are currently negotiating our possibilities with the bank and the architect about the renovation.

As you can see in the pictures we bought a great property that will be fully devided into 2 spacious houses. But we will have some work to bring it up to standard…
